Free social media webinars

I've come across quite a few free webinar around social media which could be of use and provide valuable insights to some admin's as they set up and develop their communities. Typically they seem to be 30-60 mins, free to view, offer questions during the webinar with the webinar available to attendee's on demand after the event.  While all of the content may not be directly related to you there maybe elements of their advise which you can use in developing your own community.
