IET Coventry and Warwickshire Committee

IET at Imagineering Fair

Over 1200 young people enjoyed the IET Coventry and Warwickshire stand at the fair at the Ricoh Arena on 8th. and 9th. November. The children were most interested in the the Brainbox electrical kit, the video microscope which they used to examine several bugs (ugh!) leaves, potato, onion, skin, hair and "Mummy, look, I really did clean my ears!".

Imagineering Show and Coventry Festival of Motoring

Over 40,000 attended the event with over 15,000 young people enjoying lots of hands-on activities. Special thanks to the organising team, to the IET, Roger Medwell and Derrick Willer who helped to fund the show.

Whittle Wonders win UK F1 in Schools
The team from North Leamington School is going to Abu Dhabi to compete in the World Finals.
However they are trying to raise funding for the trip and hope that you or your company can help.
