Mobile is everything – Wednesday 27th May 2015 at 6.30pm
The IET, in partnership with NISP CONNECT, invites you to its annual Prestige Lecture with Michael O'Hara, on 27 May  at Northern Ireland Science Park. In the 20 years since the introduction of the first cell phones, we have now reached a staggering 7.4 billion mobile connections across the globe, and this will accelerate to reach 12 billion connections by 2020. This amazing technology revolution is transforming the way we work and play, in both the developed and developing worlds. Every device in our lives becomes instantly more powerful with the addition of mobile technology. Every application or service gains greater reach and traction when developed with a ‘mobile first’ approach. If it’s not optimized for mobile, it won’t succeed.
Pre-registration is required.
