The Internet Paradox: how bottom-up beat(s) command and control

The 2015 Turing Lecture in Manchester will be held on
Wednesday, 25 February 2015 and will be delivered by
Bob Pepper, Vice-President for Global Technology Policy at Cisco. He will discuss how the dynamics of technology policy and largely obscure decisions significantly shaped the Internet as the bottom-up driver of innovation we know today.  Further information and registration links are given at www.theiet.org/turing. IET members, colleagues, students and the general public are all welcome.

I like the new layout Lisa! The events take centre stage with the Information section at the bottom. The Preview of the Discussion Forum and the Network Twitter feed work really well. Great work!
